Sleeping hygiene.

- All night go to sleep as soon as you feel sleepy.
- In case you get up early: try abdomen breathing counting 1/2 hours.
- If sleep still doesn’t prevail Do not worry.
- Remember with less sleep: less attention span & more restlessness.
- Before bed drink a glass of water with some honey.
- When you get up in the morning give some time to potter.
